In good old tradition graduates at the construction faculty of the TU Dortmund were awarded their honours at last Friday’s graduation ceremony.   For years the occasion is also being used by MC-Bauchemie to present the company’s special award for exceptional achievement.  This year’s best-in-class award for best final grade in Civil Engineering went to Miss Anja Brinkmann, graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing.). Her dissertation titled “Investigating the sustainability of sandwich elements particularly in terms of recyclability” impressed the panel of judges. 

In his speech Frank Huppertz, Head of Division Construction Chemicals at MC, emphasised that MC-Bauchemie has many interesting career perspectives for young people with a flexible attitude and an open mind.  He pointed in particular to the company’s international operations.
