Current building projects show that concrete as a building material is unbrokenly in vogue. There is a desire for concrete surfaces that are as light and uniform as possible. The smallest variations in concrete composition or finish can lead to unplanned effects that impair the visual appearance. MC's concrete cosmetics combine a wide variety of colours with different grain sizes to create solutions for almost any concrete surface and texture.

In order to be able to guarantee the highest possible level of safety with regard to emissions for the exposed concrete cosmetics range, our products are regularly tested by independent, internationally recognised testing systems. These include the product systems Emcefix filler products, Emcefix-Spachtel G & F, Repacryl and Emcephob, each of which has been awarded the EMICODE seal.
Emcefix-Spachtel G and Emcefix-Spachtel F as well as the concrete retouch and glaze Repacryl meet DGNB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen – english: German Sustainable Building Council) standards and are listed in the DGNB Navigator.
When it comes to repairing and sealing joints in shell construction or filling on a warm concrete, the Nafuquick product range is the right choice. The range includes universal fillers and thermal fillers in a medium-fine and fine grain size quality. Whether you want to carry out a measure on a standard or a warm concrete - with the Nafuquick range we offer you the right product for your requirement.
Nafuquick uni is a ready-to-use universal filler. It is specially designed for closing rigid precast joints and deep cavities as well as for surface filling. Nafuquick uni is available in three colours.
As a ready-to-use, fine universal filler, Nafuquick is ideal for closing pores and cavities. As a surface filler, it offers a safe solution for repairing flat and large concrete surfaces. It is also suitable for levelling formwork offsets. Nafuquick is available in four colours.
Nafuquick HT is a ready-to-use thermal filler. Due to its extremely high water retention capacity and particularly smooth application, the filler is mainly used for warm concrete surfaces, completely without pre-wetting. These properties can be advantageous in precast and garage factories, as well as on warm concrete substrates on construction sites, as they save waiting time. Nafuquick HT is available in concrete grey.
Nafuquick HT fine is a ready-to-use and very fine thermal filler. It is characterised by high water retention and pleasant application. Nafuquick HT fine is available in concrete grey.
When it comes to repairing exposed concrete, the Emcefix product range is the right choice. The range includes fine and super-fine concrete fillers in several colour shades, so that almost any exposed concrete surface can be unobtrusively touched up. Various coarse fillers are also part of this product range. They enable the concrete to be modelled in the case of deep break-outs. With Emcefix, we offer you the right system for every exposed concrete requirement.
Emcefix-Haftbrücke is the mineral, highly-modified and easy-to-apply bonding bridge for concrete cosmetics. The product enables a secure bond between substrate and coarse filler, especially for Emcefix-Spachtel G lang and G rapid.
Emcefix Spachtel G is a ready-to-use, coarse filler for re-profiling deep break-outs in concrete. The variants G lang and G rapid require the use of Emcefix bonding agent. They differ only in normal and rapid working time. Emcefix Spachtel G ultra with integrated bonding agent is the high-performance coarse mortar and stands for high strength, fibre-reinforced included.
Emcefix F Spachtel are ready-to-use, fine and superfine putties in several colour shades for the final finish on concrete. The variants F lang and F rapid allow normal and fast application. Emcefix Spachtel F extra fine is the superfine filler for smooth and fair-faced concretes.
Emcefix floor is ideal for the cosmetic repair of concrete floors and stairs. Emcefix floor can be used to create walkable surfaces in fair-faced concrete quality. At the same time, benefit from the particularly easy application and the high mechanical load-bearing capacity of the R3 mortar.
Repacryl is used partially as a concrete retouch and fully as a concrete glaze. With the intermixable, water-thinnable shades of Repacryl, it is possible to create almost any desired grey concrete colour and any degree of coverage.
Repacryl is available in four colour shades. Mix your desired shade together and then dilute it with water. The degree of dilution is flexibly adjustable in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:4 (Repacryl : water), depending on the desired colour coverage for your concrete.
Exposed concrete surfaces are exposed to numerous environmental influences. These often lead to unsightly surfaces and even damage to the building structure. Water plays an important role here - both as a transport medium and as a reaction partner for damage mechanisms. In this case, temporary concrete protection systems, such as hydrophobic coatings, are used. If you need permanent, highly effective protection, then impregnations and coatings are the right choice.

Concrete is in vogue. You can bring the urban charm of concrete into your home or office and retrofit walls with a cool look. The product used plays an important role here, as does the way it is applied. Special trowel techniques can be used to create creative wall designs. Every wall is unique.
With the coloured concrete putties Emcefix-Spachtel F lang, you can create a concrete look in your desired wall colour. Using special tools, e.g. smoothing trowel with flexible double blade, a fine and cloudy surface is created. Seven colour shades, high quality and smooth application - there are no limits to your creativity.
Prime the wall surface with the products of the MC-Estribond range. Depending on the wall condition, MC-Estribond and MC-Estribond uni are available. We will be happy to advise you!
Apply Emcefix-Spachtel F lang (here stone-grey) in a thin scratch coat. On the matt-damp surface, you can then begin with the surface filler. The wall created with Emcefix-Spachtel F lang has unlimited individuality, depending on the colour shade, tools and craftsmanship.
Set accents. Marbled wall design is suitable for creating the concrete look in many rooms. We show you this special technique on a kitchen wall. Any other wall can also be transformed into an eye-catcher.
Masking and priming with MC-Estribond

The marbling is worked in with MC-Color Proof pure. MC-Color Proof pure is smoothed onto the filled surface with small circular movements. This process can be repeated if an intensive marbling is desired.
If your concrete is contaminated with rust, oil or efflorescence, it is necessary to clean it before the concrete cosmetic treatment. The Donnitil products help you with the removal. The range includes three special cleaners that are exclusively designed for the cleaning of concrete substrates.
The basic colour of the fine concrete fillers, Emcefix and Nafuquick, can be changed by adding Repacryl to the mixing water. For example, Repacyl light grey and agate grey lighten the existing filler colour, Repacryl concrete grey and light grey darken the basic colour. At the same time, your filler is refined and can be applied better on warm and cold substrates.
The fine Emcefix and Nafuquick filler can be treated with Murafan 39 without changing the base colour. Mix Murafan 39 with water in a ratio of 1:2 to 1:6 to increase the elasticity of the filler. At the same time, you improve the adhesion to the substrate.
The products of the Emcefix and Nafuquick line can be accelerated with MC-Additiv 4 DS and MC-Additiv Speed. Add MC-Additiv to the mixing water and accelerate the setting of the filler. Preset mixing ratios allow processing times of five to ten minutes. MC-Additiv: the right solution for your quick repair.
