Small injection operations often have to be executed fast, safely and accurately. The MC-Fastpack system offers elastic and rigid solutions for all standard injection applications. The system is a comprehensive solution completed by products both for bore packers and adhesive packers.
It has never been easier to fill wide cracks or joints! Via the mixing tip, MC-Fastpack resins and adhesives can be applied directly into the damaged area of structures. The clean and wasteless installation can be done in one step.
High viscous reactive resins can be applied as small-area coatings or bandages. The application takes place in one step. The 2C technology enables the use of fast-reacting resins and optimal thixotropy allows easy working both on vertical and on overhead surfaces.
MC-Fastpack adhesives effectively splice different construction materials. The system is absolutely reliable, whether used as a structural adhesive for anchors, as a gluing adhesive for pull-off tests or for the attachment of packers for injection procedures. The special adhesives are also of great value as their curing times are quite short.
The use of elastomer resins to fill cracks and smaller cavities ensures the durable sealing of structural elements. MC-Fastpack 2300 top brings some advantages: Low viscosity, high elasticity and chemical resistance ensure the permanent sealing of cracks and cavities in structures, even under dynamic stress.
MC-Fastpack 2300 top is highly effective in the flexible sealing of cracks, construction joints and cavities. The product is suitable for the use in dry, damp and wet constructions above and below ground.
Cracks and cavities with a high level of water ingress are sealed quickly and efficiently with MC-Fastpack Injekt LE. The rapidly expanding resin displaces water and immediately seals leaks in the long term.
MC-Fastpack LE fills cracks, joints and cavities by rapidly increasing its volume and forming an effective and highly durable seal. The resin stops both pressurized and flowing water in civil engineering, hydraulic and underground infrastructures.
With MC-Fastpack 2700 cracks and cavities are sealed quickly and efficiently under all moisture conditions. The expanding resin displaces water and reinforces components permanently.
MC-Fastpack 2700 seals and strengthens cracks, joints and cavities effectively and in the long term. The resin stops flowing water and improves the loading capacity of components in constructions above and below ground as well as in water and sewage constructions.
The use of rigid resins to fill cracks and cavities increases the loading capacity and durability of structures. MC-Fastpack 1264 compact improves a components resistance to high loads as it is highly flowable, moisture resistant and chemically resistant. So it increases the durability of structures significantly.

The multifunctional MC-Fastpack PU solid is the right solution to glue packers, to seal the surface of cracks and to inject wide cracks directly. It can be used as an adhesive for crack-bridging bands and additionally, anchor holes, drill holes or breakouts can be filled efficiently.
With MC-Fastpack PU solid the durable bonding of mineral, metallic and plastic construction materials can be done highly effective and wide cracks and joints can be closed directly. The gluing of adhesion packers, the bandaging of cracks, and the filling of openings and breakouts are further application possibilities.
The multifunctional MC-Fastpack EP solid is the right solution for the force-fit bonding of packers, the sealing of cracks, the direct injection of wide cracks or the bandaging of cracks. In addition, the sealing adhesive can be used to close anchor holes, drill holes or breakouts.
With the MC-Fastpack EP solid, the bonding of mineral, metallic and plastic construction materials as well as adhesive packers for injection operations can be performed effectively. Wide cracks and joints can be closed, cracks can be bandaged, and openings and breakouts can be filled and leveled.
MC-AnchorSolid E820 is the technically and economically convincing solution for the force-fit bonding of structural elements. The 2-component cartridge technology enables the immediate use of the adhesive system which is easy to handle and maintains best application properties.
The MC-AnchorSolid E820 is used to glue anchors, dowels, threaded rods and starter bars. The anchor adhesive is extensively tested and suitable for the bonding of metallic built-in parts with European Technical Assessment ETA-15/0506 for diameters from 8 to 20 mm.
