Strengthen your soil and foundation with precision injection solutions

Soil is the foundation of any construction project, especially in geotechnical engineering, tunnelling, and underground infrastructures. However, soil conditions are often unpredictable, leading to issues such as settlements, seepage and soil collapse. Conventional solutions to these problems are typically invasive, costly and increase the issues by adding higher specific weight to the already weak system. We offer a comprehensive injection system for soil injections to achieve different targets. Each system contains the appropriate injection resin, equipment and if required and on-site technical support. Read more below or contact us for more information.

Stop Water Ingress with Professional Injection Solutions

Water ingress can occur in many different ways - whether it's a gushing leak in a diaphragm wall, a broken seal in a tunnel segment joint or a leaking expansion joint. Identifying the right method and choosing the right injection system to deal with water ingress is a complex challenge that requires a technical and well-planned approach. Rely on our decades years of experience and on our proven injection methods and materials that effectively stop water ingress.

Challenges of water ingress

person
Water ingress and erosion through shoring walls

Water ingress from shoring walls is a risk not only because of the usability of the pit, but also because of the possible erosion of the soil behind. This can cause settlement and affect the stability of the shoring system.

person
Water issues in tunnels, shafts, manholes, and deep wells

Water ingress into underground infrastructure can limit the construction process and the intended use of a structure, as well as causing high additional maintenance costs.

person
Leaking expansion joints

Expansion joints are planned interruptions in a structure that is equipped with a sealing gasket. If such sealings are broken, conventional systems are not able to cope with the high movements of long-term.

person
Areal dampness in walls & floors (curtain injection)

Areal dampness and undefined water ingress through various net-wise cracks can´t be treated wwith normal injections. Here it is required to aapply a new post-injected waterproofing system (curtain).

Prevent Structural Risks with Advanced Solutions for Concrete Crack Treatment

Cracks in reinforced concrete are unavoidable, but they become an issue once they lead to water ingress or structural issues. The main challenge is to understand the root cause, evaluate the conditions, and address the cracks with the appropriate system setup. If not properly identified and treated, cracks in concrete can escalate to severe structural problems, posing significant risks for the functionality and usability of structures. We provide you with a portfolio of advanced product systems and customized solutions to treat concrete cracks, ensuring reliable and durable results.

Challenges of cracks and leakages

person
Cracks with leaks & movement

Cracks in concrete rreduce the watertightness, usability and, in the long term, the durability of the structure. Such defects require permanent, flexible and durable sealing and filling.
