Acceleration with MC-DUR PowerCoat Cat

MC has now expanded the system with MC-DUR PowerCoat Cat. The accelerator ensures faster through-curing of industrial floors, especially at low temperatures. This enables the repaired areas to be put into operation quickly. After just five hours, the floor can be walked on or reworked, and after only twelve hours, even water is no longer a problem. The performance of this PU/mineral hybrid floor remains fully intact.

This is how it works

After a mixing time of two minutes, the new accelerator is completely added to the systems of the MC-DUR PowerCoat range and the mixture is homogenized for another minute. The dosage of MC-DUR PowerCoat Cat depends on the processing temperature. The lower the temperature, the more accelerator is added. In this way, an extremely robust and durable floor covering can be installed in a short time.
