Plant Operative (m/f/d)

Your Challenge

To operate batching, mixing and processing equipment to produce admixtures at Stourbridge site
Conduct routine quality tests and maintain records
To receive, check and store raw materials, monitor stock levels of finish products and raw materials
Create production schedules in line with product forecasts
Implement and maintain H&S, Environmental & Quality procedures

Your Profile

Understanding of batching processes and machinery operations
Ability to follow specifications, test procedures and maintain high product consistency
Strong commitment to safe working practices and hazard awareness
Awareness of environmental impacts and compliance requirements
Self-motivated, organized and result driven with the ability to make decisions and work independently. Production process experience desired
