Arkadiusz Rączka, new Managing Director of MC-Poland.

Arkadiusz Rączka brings extensive leadership experience from internationally operating industrial companies, as well as proven expertise in production, supply chain management, and plant operations and organisation. Prior to joining MC-Bauchemie, he worked at a global provider of industrial, marine and decorative coatingsfor around 14 years. Over the course of his career, he has held various senior positions, including Supply Chain Manager for Northern and Central Europe and Plant Manager of the company’s Polish site. Most recently, he served as Logistics & Planning Director EMEA, overseeing the entire logistics and planning structure for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Before that, Rączka spent nearly a decade in various management roles at an internationally active lighting solutions company, where he was responsible for areas such as manufacturing, process optimisation, and organisational development.

A graduate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology in Poznań, he also completed an Executive MBA programme at the University of Economics in Poznań. His profile is further strengthened by additional training in change management, logistics, project and production management, as well as in-depth knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

With his broad industrial experience, strong leadership profile and deep understanding of the Polish market, Arkadiusz Rączka is ideally equipped to further strengthen MC-Bauchemie’s position in Poland and to future-proof the local organisation.
