Hassan Shoukry brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction and building materials industry. After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering from the American University in Cairo in 2001, he began his career at a major Egyptian construction company. He subsequently held various positions in different construction and building materials companies in Egypt. In 2005, he joined a leading building materials manufacturer, where he served as Plant Manager until 2008. In 2009, he took over the role of Sales and Marketing Director at a major Egyptian building materials company and, in 2013, advanced to the executive management team, where he was responsible as Vice Chairman and Head of Business Development until his move to MC-Bauchemie.

In parallel, Hassan Shoukry founded several companies in the construction industry, including a contracting company specialized in special construction projects and a business dedicated to developing innovative approaches to energy efficiency in the building sector. His entrepreneurial work has consistently focused on solutions that make construction projects more efficient and environmentally friendly.

In his new role at MC-Bauchemie, Shoukry will drive the integration of MC-Bauchemie Construction Chemicals into the globally active MC-Bauchemie Group and further strengthen the market position of the company in Egypt as well as across the Middle East and North Africa region.

Hassan Shoukry will lead efforts to expand and develop MC’s product range in Egypt, in line with market demands and innovation trends. This strategic expansion aims to enhance MC’s portfolio, strengthen its competitive edge and deliver greater value to its customers across a variety of sectors.
