A day for employees and their families
Despite temperatures approaching 40 degrees Celsius, adults and children took part in go-kart races before gathering for lunch at the karting venue. The informal setting gave participants an opportunity to meet colleagues and their families, exchange stories and remember people who have contributed to the development of MC-Bauchemie Portugal. Among the guests were Walter Devue, Regional Manager for Western Europe; Manuel de Sá, Business Development Manager for Western Europe; and Kai Schareina, HR Manager.
Thanks to the team and a look ahead
João Sena, Managing Director of MC-Bauchemie Portugal, Manuel de Sá and Walter Devue addressed the guests during the celebration. Their remarks focused on thanking current and former employees, reflecting on the company’s development and looking ahead to the future of MC-Bauchemie Portugal. Manuel de Sá highlighted the importance of team spirit and having the right people within the organisation. Following the speeches, Walter Devue presented the medals to the winners of the go-kart races.
25 years of service recognised
