On 1 August 2025, MC officially welcomed twelve new apprentices who have started their training in commercial and industrial-technical fields at MC’s headquarters in Bottrop. In keeping with tradition, the first day took place at MC’s training centre on Müllerstraße in Bottrop.

After an introductory round of introductions and the official welcome by MC’s trainers, the new starters were given a company presentation outlining MC’s core business areas and the various departments within the organisation. Afterwards, the traditional group photo was taken in front of the training centre. Employees from the relevant specialist departments then welcomed the apprentices. 

 

This year's new apprentices include four industrial clerks, one forwarding agent and logistics services clerk, one building materials tester, one chemical laboratory technician, one coatings laboratory technician, one warehouse clerk, one chemical technician and two chemical production specialists.
