As of 1 August 2025, Krzysztof Mitek (51) has assumed the position of Managing Director Sales & Marketing at MC-Bauchemie Poland.

Krzysztof Mitek brings over two and a half decades of professional experience in the construction chemicals industry, which he has gained almost exclusively with an international market leader. After studying economics with a focus on marketing & management as well as foreign trade at the University of Szczecin, he began his professional career in 1999 at a leading manufacturer of construction and industrial floor coatings in Poland. In 2003, he moved to a global chemical corporation with a strong focus on construction chemicals, which in 2022 became part of an internationally operating construction and specialty materials group. There, he held various leadership positions – most recently as Head of the Business Unit Commercial Constructions.

Extensive sales and market expertise

His extensive experience in sales, business development and technical service, along with his deep market knowledge in infrastructure, commercial construction and industrial systems, make him an ideal candidate for the position of Managing Director Sales & Marketing at MC-Bauchemie Poland. Beyond his strong professional expertise, Krzysztof Mitek impresses with customer orientation, leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking.

Together with Arkadiusz Rączka, who joined the management team as Managing Director Operations on 1 April 2025, Krzysztof Mitek now forms the new leadership duo of MC-Bauchemie Poland. With this management setup, the new leadership is complete and well-positioned to strategically develop the company further and successfully position it in the Polish market.
