After completing his bachelor’s degree in business administration, Tadas Larinas began his career as an analyst in the DIY sector. Two years later, he moved on to a position as Sales Director at a precast concrete company, where he worked for six years. In August 2017, the Lithuanian native joined MC-Bauchemie as a Sales Representative in the Concrete Industry (CI) division. Over the following years, he gradually took on additional responsibilities, including managing export activities in Latvia and Estonia as well as overseeing other business segments such as Infrastructure Industry (IN) and Buildings (BU).

Tadas Larinas’ goals and responsibilities as Managing Director
In his new role, the 37-year-old business graduate will be responsible for driving the sustainable growth of MC-Bauchemie Lithuania and expanding the company’s business in the neighbouring Baltic countries. His main tasks will include further strengthening MC’s market position in the Baltic region, sustainably increasing revenue and profitability and ensuring efficient operations within the organization.
