After a short round of introductions and the official welcome by MC's trainers, a company presentation followed, introducing the areas of activity and departments at MC. Then the traditional group photo was taken with all the new apprentices in front of MC's training center in Müllerstrasse, afterwards the apprentices were handed over to their training departments.

In the new apprenticeship year, three prospective chemical production specialists, four industrial clerks, one coatings laboratory assistant, one warehouse logistics specialist and one chemical laboratory assistant started their apprenticeship at MC. A total of 37 apprentices are currently being trained at MC across the three years of apprenticeship that lasts, depending on the branch of training, two to three and a half years, during which they get to know all the relevant areas of the company and are quickly integrated into day-to-day business. The internationally successful family-owned company in Bottrop offers its apprentices very good career prospects and a great deal of creative freedom.
