MC-Proof 800 Next is suitable for waterproofing components in contact with the ground in new buildings and for renovating old waterproofing.
This fast-setting, high-yield reactive sealant is ideal for sealing components in contact with the ground in new buildings, as well as for renovating old seals. It can also be used to seal joints in concrete components and in the transition to waterproof components in accordance with PG-FBB, as well as containers for water exposure classes W1-B (normal moisture) and W2-B (heavy/continuous water pressure). MC-Proof 800 Next is crack-bridging, UV-resistant, ageing-resistant, and can be applied without priming. MC-Proof 800 Next can be applied with a brush or a trowel. ia peristaltic pump, dries quickly with 'Visible Curing Control', and can be painted or plastered directly after curing. After rapid drying, it can be painted or plastered over.
Climate-friendly waterproofing with low emissions and smart, waste-reducing packaging
In terms of sustainability, MC-Proof 800 Next has a reduced carbon footprint compared to conventional reactive waterproofing with comparable technical properties. This climate-friendly reactive waterproofing is dust-reduced and certified with Emicode EC1PLUS for particularly low emissions. It is also tested for radon tightness, which improves health and safety.
Thanks to a new, well-considered delivery format, processors can decide how sustainably they want to work with MC-Proof 800 Next. The 12 kg liquid component of the new reactive sealant is available in either a reusable 30 litre mixing bucket or a 12 litre recycling bucket. This reduces packaging waste and saves CO₂ by making better use of freight space.
