New epoxy resin Konudur Robopox 10 fast

MC-Bauchemie has developed Konudur Robopox 10 fast, a new epoxy resin filler suitable for the rapid, force-fit repair of non-accessible sewers with robotics technology. Konudur Robopox 10 fast hardens quickly, even under water. It is also highly resistant to chemicals and offers planners and contractors even more flexibility in their repair work.

Konudur Robopox 10 fast has been developed on the basis of the DIBt-approved Konudur Robopox 10. The high-viscosity epoxy resin, which has been specially designed for the renovation of nozzles, has an enormously accelerated curing time compared to its older brother, even without a warm curing system. It shows its strengths particularly in the case of pressing groundwater. In addition to the rehabilitation of nozzles, it can also be used for the repair and embedding of intakes of concrete and ceramics in sewers by means of PE-shuttering technique, as well as for the rehabilitation of disruptions and cracks, and for sealing and filling of leaking sleeves.

Fast curing and stripping times cut in half

If, due to the structural or operational constraints, the rehabilitation work has to be carried out extremely quickly, Konudur Robopox 10 fast allows particularly time-saving sleeve rehabilitation: The stripping times can be halved during cold curing, without contractors having to forego the excellent processing properties.


The two-component epoxy resin filler can be applied by machine using robot technology. Konudur Robopox 10 fast is stable and hardens quickly, even under water. It adheres to dry, matt-moist and moist mineral substrates as well as to GRP laminates. After curing, Konudur Robopox 10 fast has good mechanical properties and high chemical resistance. With these properties, planners and processing companies can implement their repair measures in sewers that are not accessable even faster and more flexibly with a durable result.
