Murasan Hydrotech 860 plus is used in the production of concrete goods made from semi-dry concrete, such as paving stones or palisades. It is ideal for use where multiple elements are cast on a production pallet simultaneously and uniform mould cavity filling is essential. The new filling aid from MC acts as a surface-active agent, reducing cohesion within the concrete mix. This makes the semi-dry concrete more 'flowable' and enables it to distribute more evenly across the mould, ensuring uniform filling of all cavities. Density differences between the centre and edge areas of the production pallet are reduced, voids are minimised and surface quality is improved. The product also enables slightly more mixing water to be added without increasing stickiness or compromising green strength. This improves the overall production quality and consistency.  

Easy to use

Murasan Hydrotech 860 plus is used in the same way as a conventional concrete admixture. It is added to fresh concrete during the mixing process. Ideally, it should be added with the final portion of mixing water. The concrete should then be mixed for at least 60 seconds to fully activate the product.
