Waterproofing with MC-DUR TopSpeed flex plus

Temperature, humidity, intense sunlight as well as mechanical and chemical stresses make the waterproofing of balconies, loggias and arcades a challenge. Conventional reactive resin systems reach their limits in high humidity and low temperatures during application. The MC-DUR Top-Speed flex plus system, based on KineticBoost-Technology®, is moisture tolerant, UV resistant and can be applied at temperatures between 2°C and 35°C. The products used in the system can be applied at high humidity and low temperatures during application. The products used in the system cure fast and can therefore be reworked or walked on after only a short time. This allows the site to be planned largely independent of the weather conditions. Due to the relatively low layer thickness of the roller coating, the quantities used are comparatively low, which also contributes to sustainability and lower prices per square metre.

Safety for owners, planners and applicators

The use of a liquid waterproofing for balconies, roofs, loggias and arcades is regulated by a European Technical Assessment (ETA) issued by the European Organisation for Technical Assessment (EOTA). The ETA certificate proves the performance, use and safety of construction products at European level. The two-component waterproofing system MC-DUR TopSpeed flex plus has received the ETA certificate and meets the highest requirements in each performance class. The certificates show that with MC-DUR TopSpeed flex plus, owners, planners and applicators can be sure that they are using a permanently safe waterproofing system.
