Whether it's cleaning with superheated steam, loads from pallet trucks or impact loads from falling tools - industrial floors are exposed to a variety of stresses in daily practice. The PU/cement hybrid flooring system MC-DUR PowerCoat has high chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance and has been specially developed to permanently withstand a variety of extreme loads that can also occur simultaneously.

Safety and robustness combined

When using solvents for cleaning or processing organic powders in production, there is a risk of explosive vapour-air or powder-air mixtures forming. These mixtures can be ignited by electrostatic discharges and cause an explosion. For all heavy-duty floors where there is a risk of electrostatic charging, a system with MC-DUR PowerCoat 200 AS and MC-DUR PowerCoat 260 AS is the right solution. It combines increased temperature resistance with maximum mechanical and chemical resistance and is also conductive.

4-component system and colour packs

The products in the MC-DUR PowerCoat range are available as a 4-component system and offer the possibility of individual pigmentation directly on the construction site thanks to so-called colour packs. This solution enables uncomplicated and flexible colour matching.
