Properties

No curing required in accordance with VGB Guideline R612 U (2010) Paragraph 9.3.2
Resistant to water pressure from behind up to 2 bar
Water impermeable
Water vapor permeable (Class 1)
Protects concrete exposed to significant attack from freeze-thaw cycles (XF4)
Meets all performance characteristics of Class R3 in accordance with EN 1504-3
Can be used as a pore, void, scratch, and surface filler

Applications

Increased protection of surface protection systems against detachment due to moisture from behind
Areas where conventional aftertreatment is not feasible, e.g., tunnel structures, wind turbines, cooling towers, and civil engineering structures
Tested and certified as OS4 / OSC system within the scope of ZTV-ING and TR maintenance
Can be used in areas exposed to spray and mist from de-icing salts
Tunnel structures in accordance with ZTV-ING, ÖBV guideline, ASTRA information sheet
Capillary-breaking layer for concrete components that become damp from behind, e.g., retaining walls or underground garages
