Properties

Mineral oil-free concrete release agent based on renewable raw materials
Excellent chemical release properties
Enables high-quality, low-porosity concrete surfaces
Corrosion-inhibiting when a continuous film of release agent is present
Protects formwork when used regularly
Economical to use
Low viscosity, making it easy to spray
Low odour and solvent-free
Readily biodegradable according to OECD 301-F (degradation rate 70.4% after 10 days and 84.3% after 28 days)
QS 4 in accordance with the DGNB criteria matrix ENV 1.2 "Risks to the local environment"
QN 5 in accordance with the BNB criteria matrix "Risks to the local environment"
"Blue Angel" eco-label in accordance with RAL-UZ 178

Applications

Suitable for absorbent and non-absorbent formwork (e.g. wood, metal and plastic formwork) and not suitable for polystyrene
Universally applicable in concrete and reinforced concrete construction as well as in precast construction
Particularly suitable for the production of exposed concrete and architectural concrete
Suitable for sustainable construction in accordance with DGNB and BNB, "Blue Angel" eco-label
